McLamb Wellness & Aesthetics was opened in 2021 as a way to provide access to COVID testing. Once the pandemic settled down, we loved the idea of wellness which also led us to aesthetics. Our brick and mortar medspa opened in May 2023, but Tara was injecting in various locations for a while prior to that as well! MW&A’s main focus is the aesthetics world, with our offering of “botox”, fillers, and other skin needs.
We are a modern medspa located in the heart of beautiful downtown Goldsboro! We believe in enhancing the beauty you were born with! MW&A does also provide a few wellness services, such as Injections of B12 & Lipo Mino, Tri-Immune Boost, and Glutathione! As you can see, we truly believe in our motto of “Putting your Health First, and your Best Face Forward.”™️

I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and have been a NP since 2010. Prior to that, I was an ICU & ER nurse from 2003-2010. For my BSN, I attended UNC-Wilmington and East Carolina University for my MSN/NP. My NP expertise has been primary care, preventive care, and gastroenterology/hepatology. My passion is in educating my patients on how to achieve wellness well into old age, and empowering them to be their own self-advocates. I like to say that “aesthetics found me.” I never planned on being an aesthetics provider but seemingly fell into it and then fell in love with it! I have trained extensively in advanced techniques and am proud to offer my patients expert care on a level that only a provider can! My goal is to highlight the beauty that is naturally within each patient that sits in my chair. When not at the spa, I enjoy hiking, going to the mountains & beach, traveling the world, tending to my flower garden, and spending time with my son & husband.
Jenna Jones, Licensed esthetician
I am thrilled to be a part of the MW&A team to help our clients focus on putting their “best face forward.” I graduated from Lenoir Community College’s prestigious esthetician program and wanted to work in a medspa that not only focused on skincare but also on wellness as a whole. I found that in McLamb Wellness & Aesthetics! I love to give customized skincare analyses and make recommendations for a plan to get you in the best skin of your life! I offer signature custom facials, designed to meet your specific skincare needs, as well as perform Dermaplaning, lash extensions, lash lifts & tints, and waxing services. I also love to incorporate up-and-coming, scientifically proven therapies such as High Frequency and LED Light Therapy. I have a passion for helping others with concerns like acne and rosacea. When I’m not at the medspa, I love spending time with my people & doggies, trying out new restaurants, enjoying a cup of coffee, and reading.
